1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect orders.
Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, please provide the following information:
Order number
Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
Clear photos of the packaging
Once your claim is reviewed, we will determine if a replacement or partial refund is applicable.
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
